 Minnesota Permit to Carry
| Description: | This class meets the criteria required by the Personal Protection Act for training in order to apply for a permit to carry in the state of Minnesota. This class also qualifies for the Florida non-resident permit to carry. |
| Requirements: | Handgun (semi-automatic or revolver), a total of 2 magazines (if a semi-automatic), and 50 rounds of ammunition (No aluminum cased ammunition). You must be legally qualified to own a handgun to take this course. IF YOU DO NOT OWN A GUN: You can rent one from us. You will be charged for the ammunition used. Feel free to contact us for any further questions regarding costs and availability. |
| Cost: | $80 includes your class time, your range fees, 1 target for testing, certificate of completion, written test, and a copy of all course materials. |

 Minnesota Firearms Safety
| Description: | DNR Firearms Certification is required of anyone born after December 31, 1979, to purchase a hunting license in Minnesota. This is also needed to participate on a Minnesota State High School League trap team. This class is taught by Minnesota Certified Firearms Safety instructors. | Requirements: | To be eligible for this class, you must be 11 years of age or older. You will not receive your Firearms Safety Certification until you turn 12. |
| Cost: | Total fee is $15.00: $7.50 is collected by the instructor at the class (cash or check) for any costs incurred to conduct the class and $7.50 payable on-line after successful completion of course requirements. |

 NRA Basic Pistol
| Description: | Interested in handguns but didn't know where to get started? Join us for the NRA's official basic pistol class. We will cover safe handling of handguns, types of handguns, different types of ammunition, how to shoot a handgun safely, and more. You do not need to own a firearm for this class but if you have one of your own you may bring it. However, an additional fee for rental of a handgun and the ammunition will be applied if you do not have one. |

NRA Personal Protection In The Home
| Description: | For the student who has some experience shooting handguns but wants to know more about advanced techniques for protecting oneself. |
| Requirements: | Handgun (semi-automatic or revolver), 100 rounds of ammunition (no aluminum cases), 2 magazines (if semi-automatic) or at least 1 speed loader (if revolver) |
| Cost: | $125 includes your class time, your range fees, targets for testing, certificate of completion, written test, and a copy of all NRA manuals and documentation for the student. |
